Our itinerary:
Full Price is $735 and includes bus, hotel, conference tickets, T-shirt’s.
Our group will be paying $450 CONTINGENT on you showing up for the fundraising or having someone be there in your place if you are not able to attend. If not it will be full price or dependent on how many fundraisers you show up for.
We will leave Wednesday night Nov 19 around 830pm and driving through the night, arriving in Indianapolis the next day.
We will stay at The Hyatt Regency Downtown in Indianapolis Thursday and Friday and leave Saturday night to drive through the night to get home the next day returning Nov 23.
4 to a hotel room.
Other than the 450 you’ll have to bring some money for anything you’d like to buy in the exhibit hall (tshirts, and other things) and also food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast (nutrition bars and bagels, will be provided).

If we raise more money than needed I will see if we can put it towards our lunch and dinner meals.
Payments:
First payment is due April 1 $100
Second is June 1 $200
Third is August 1 $150
