Our itinerary:
Full Price is $725 and includes bus, hotel, conference tickets, T-shirt’s.
Our group will be paying half (362) CONTINGENT on you showing up for the fundraising or having someone be there in your place if you are not able to attend. If not it will be full price or dependent on how many fundraisers you show up for.
We will leave Wednesday night Nov 15 from OLOPP parking lot around 8pm and driving through the night, arriving in Indianapolis the next day.
We will stay at The Omni Hotel Thursday and Friday and leave Saturday night to drive through the night to get home the next day returning Nov 19.
4 to a hotel room.
Other than the 362 you’ll have to bring some money for anything you’d like to buy in the exhibit hall (tshirts, and other things) and also food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast (nutrition bars and bagels, will be provided).
Fundraising:
July 14- praise and worship night 6pm-10pm
July 23 car wash 815am-245pm
Aug 5/6 masses pretzel sale
Aug 6 drive in movie night 7pm-10pm
Payments:
First payment is due July 31 $100
Second is August 18 $131
Third is September 15 $131
